Digilock RFID Cam Locks provide locker security with the presentation of an RFID card and rotation of the handle.
Digilock radio frequency identification (RFID) cam locks function by presentation of a valid RFID card. The interface also contains a key slot to operate locks with an Accessibility User Key. Lock systems are easily managed with a Programming Key unique to the lock system, or any registered Manager Bypass Key. Digilock features:

Use / Function
Assigned Use
In assigned use functionality, an RFID Card is assigned to operate the lock. To unlock, the user presents the assigned RFID Card then rotates the handle to the unlocked position. To lock, the user closes the door then rotates the handle to the locked position. Management staff operates the lock with either the Programming Key unique to the lock system, or any registered Manager Bypass Key. In assigned use functionality, the locks have a green LED usage indicator.
Shared Use
In shared use functionality, the user chooses any available locker, presents any RFID Card, then rotates the handle to the locked position. To unlock, the user presents the same RFID Card, then rotates the handle to the unlocked position. Once unlocked, the locker is available for a different user. Management staff operates the lock with either the Programming Key unique to the lock system, or any registered Manager Bypass Key. In shared use functionality, the locks have a red LED usage indicator
INSTALLATION / MOUNTING
Recessed Mount
Digilock RFID Cam Locks are only available in a recess mount installation where the front and rear units are joined together by a battery cable. The front unit of the lock sits in a semi-flush space routed on the door.

All Digilock models can be operated with an Accessibility User Key to meet compliance guidelines. The Accessibility User Key is fully compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) guidelines set by the US Access Board. Digilock recommends obtaining Accessibility User Keys for 5% of the total number of installed locks.
RFID Card and Key Fob
Digilock RFID Locks utilize the Mifare technology platform to operate with RFID Cards and RFID Key Fobs in both shared and assigned use functionality. For facilities using a non-Mifare technology platform, a Mifare RFID Sticker can be placed on the existing user credential to allow operation of Digilock RFID locks.
